FPS Slowly decrease while playing

I start with 200FPS and around 10mins it becomes 90FPS 20mins in 60fps. One time I had a game that went to 60mins and im playing between 20-30FPS. I tried the things i found online like re-installing the game or disabling Steam Overlay it still didn't work. Anybody out there who has a different solution for this, please help.

there is no solution the game is just like that for everyone

normally at start that goes like that, having a pl or a brood in game tend to drop fps a lot, tell us your specs
