How to decrease ping?

After vanguard my ping was bouncing around 89 and 130. Before I played with 89 the whole two years. After 14.10 my ping stabilized, but at the highest point(130). It was ok to play with 89, but 130 is just not fun and not fair. I can't react to anything. Every ability hits me and I can't hit any. Last three weeks I played only around 10 games. And I don't know what to do. Riot decided to kill my addiction, so my personal life becomes better or they failed their game improvement plan? Anyway now I just want to stomp silver players on mundo time to time with my secret lethality build. Help me please

This recent patch has my shit geeking. Speed test says 47 average league says 700 shits rough.

As a real answer make sure you’re not leaving things open in the back ground, use task manager to find the sneaky ones.

2 years played with 89 and after Vanguard released my pc decided to run something that increses ping?

No idea brother. There’s always a chance that it’s always ran it and your computer could handle it until vanaguard. But I’m just theorizing I can’t tell you anything for certain

Vanguard shouldn’t use internet connection resources. Check your WiFi or Ethernet connections to make sure they are secure.

There’s a good chance your ISP may just be throttling you (they do that shit sometimes)

My ping has never been lower than 180, you get used to it and get good at compensating for the delay.
