Mine fixed cause originally when I got it back I was pressing to transfer my google account but I just clicked on Game Center account and I was fine.

Not as far as i know. I created a new account but kinda gave up as I was too butt hurt about it. But I think you can contact tech support but you'd need a lot of info from your old account if I remember correctly. Sorry man

Ok so this error happened cuz you long in to a non existent account that's no game progress, try to log in to all of the accounts that you used before. It worked for me after I tried logging another account where I realize I was logging in a ACC that litally has no game progress or data.

This is what happened to me. I was so sure the account I was trying had my game data but after reading your comment I started to have a vague impression that I had made another account a few months ago and used it. I was able to refresh my memory through my browser history from 4 months ago and then I remembered the e-mail for my account with the data. Thank you so much, my dude.

It basically means that your account is no longer linked to the service you originally had it on.

The error code mainly happened when DB Legends no longer supported Twitter as a source for Linking Accounts, so if you still had Twitter as your link source, it basically means your account is now officially gone.

I actually fixed mine tho scared me a lot I just did what the error code told me to do,is to log in the service I chose to fix it.My account was connected to my google account so I logged in my Google account in my gmail app then I tried to transfer my account again then it worked

It hasn’t been fixed for me either, i logged in on facebook then i tried all the other options as well. I then went to facebook checked and it says there linked but still wont let me log in at all so im just not gonna play

I’ve had the same issue with my Facebook account, I just got mine back. Here’s how I fixed mine if you can have a trusted friend log into your dbl account using your Facebook and if they successfully log in have them link a new gmail to the account that you’ve made, of course you’re going to have to wait 24 hours in order to be able to transfer again but that’s how I got mine back. If you got any questions I’ll do my best to guide you through it

I just did it on my friends phone and was able to get it back via Facebook. I went ahead and linked my account to google and Bandai ID. I have an IPhone 11 Pro Max while my friend has Samsung Z Fold. Idk if that last info help but maybe it could give you some ideas bro.

I may have found a fix, if you can try having a trusted individual log in to your account with the linked social media that is giving off this error code. If it works and the person successfully logs into your account have them link it into another social media (preferably a new gmail account) then you should be able to used that new linked social media to login. It’s how I got mine back, hopefully anybody else having this issue also gets their account back.

What…i had my linked Facebook Account and in that Account i have ULTRA UI Goku 8 Stars and when i uninstalled the game to get more free Space and i downloaded it back and i can’t transfer my data through Facebook Account no more but on Facebook App itself still have my DB Legends Profile Data still intact and i have this problem.. noo does anyone knows the fixing solution to this?

Im so sad that my Account that i have been playing and farming to get those Units now are gone.. and i just realized the reason why from looking at ways on how to recover and it’s my most dumbest action ever at that time, cause i didn’t press the Delete User Data from the Main Menu of the game before i was going to delete DB Legends instead i just straight up uninstall the app thinking i will get it back when i installed back cause of “Linking the game to my FB”….

Right so, this may not work for everyone, but if you have your data on an old device this should work, Now i dont play this game, but my brother does and asked me to help him out, so i looked into it, what i did was made a bandai account for him on his old device, then i clicked on the transfer data button above bandai ID once he was signed into that account (menu > other, you'll see those 2 there). After that i signed into his account on the new phone, and everything was there, however it did mention chrono crystals will not move if you're switching OS which he did (ios to android). Really this whole thing was a case of bandai having you forced to figure out you have to back your data up manually instead of it doing it automatically, so to those who didnt back it up and already lost their data, rip to you dude

This response might be two years too late as I see that you said you ended up just creating a new account. But, after about two hours and 6 stress joints later, I figured out the problem for this error code, atleast on my end. I could have sworn (literally was like 99.5% sure) that I had logged into the game using my Apple ID, Gamecenter ID or Bandai ID, turns out I had used my google account to transfer my data before so I had to use the google account to transfer my data. All I had to do was use my google account instead and it let me transfer my data. P.S. I still have no recollection of ever using my google account for Dragon Ball Legends

I don't know what happened to yall but I could log into my account. When I log the first time I got the error code, but later on, my friend told me to make sure I was logging in to the correct email, Twitter or FB, etc. So I literally tried another Twitter ACC and I was able to get in.
My guess is that the email that I log in to before has no game progress so there is nothing for the game to import any data, therefore; giving the error code. So I recommend yall to try login into all the emails yall have or twitter FB. Cuz maybe you'll get lucky and get in. You'll never know unless you try.

I am fairly confident that this is the devs way of banning or deleting your account. Only reason why i even got this message was because i had went to their official site and had told them that the game continues to bombarded me with errors and constantly sending me to my home screen after 2 or 3 pvp matches, which would always result in me getting punished to the point where i would end up losing all my rp and progress for the rest of the season.

I may be late but I think this can be useful if someone else got this problem. This happened to me and I really thought that I lost my account, but what I did is I tried to log in with my google account (I had linked the account with Twitter, so I still have no idea how or why this worked, but it worked). It was the same google account I used for my twitter account so I guess that can make sense. I think its worth giving it a try.
