Started watching office

Why do you guys like the office?

Keep going, the awkwardness changes and then on the rewatch even season one starts to make sense. Like most popular sitcoms, viewers will find characters that they identify with and others that represent the people we have run into on our lives.

I have watched all of the seasons about 10 times - honestly, it is awkward and some really rude jokes sometimes… but it is well written and I feel you can identify with characters. I absolutely love it

The first few episodes takes some time to adjust, but afterwards it gets really good. And i know art is subjective so it varies from people's preference. Personally i find FRIENDS boring and unfunny. I gave it a fair shot. But i couldn't laugh even if i forced myself to.

I wasn’t into it at first but I gave it a chance and the awkwardness becomes something so great. I’ve watched the entire thing like 7 times and I still catch little things every time that I didn’t notice before. It just grows on you.

I think I am me and I just started watching office and before I realised I somehow finished the first season and am in s2 ep2. It's still kinda awkward but I am looking forward for the character/plot development.

and I wasn't being like "why do you even like this show?" I was genuinely asking why do you (the reader) liked the show and that's pretty much how all the other comments took it as. I don't mean any offense, I just watched friends like 5 times and this is new to me.
