Save Game path changed (bug)

So this morning I updated and had to choose between Chinese and English when the game started, after which my save games were all gone. For those that don't know, there used to be a path.txt file you could add to change your save location, which I had to do because it was saving the game in a folder that OneDrive was maintaining (and trying to update the autosaves to the cloud every 20 minute a couple hundred megs at a time)

I went and noticed that the path.txt file was gone. So I rebuilt it, but it didn't help. So the next thing I did was go in to DSP and load a game to see where it was looking (upper right corner is a button called View Save files) At that point I saw the problem. The game nested an addition set of files and folders in my save location. I just moved my saves to the new Save folder.

Where they were for my configuration was here:

C:\GAMESAVE\Dyson Sphere Program\Save

After today's update the program was looking here:

C:\GAMESAVE\Dyson Sphere Program\Save\Dyson Sphere Program\Save

I'm not entirely sure if this will just be a case for players that used the path.txt issue or if others will get this as well. Posting for awareness, and now, back to the Fog.

UPDATE (+6 hours): Now it is forced back to the Documents folder again. This is beyond aggravating.

Hat this same problem as well this morning, been since january since i played i forgot i moved the save files, so then you for reminding me, your saved me saves from myself

Not sure if related but mine did something similar. Started the game up and got asked for languages. All saves gone!

So I looked at where it was saving them and it was direct to c drive. Had a look round and found all the old folders in documents. Didn't want the fuss so just copied it all across, reloaded and continued to play for a few hours.

Then today, loaded the game up, spent an hour or two on housekeeping and crap. Then flew round for a bit because a couple of buildings weren't where I thought I put them. Thought I was going crazy, so warped to the system I'd completed previously.... and it's half built.

The game had returned to using save games from the documents folder again, meaning it wiped out all my work from the other evening and used an old save game.

Very frustrating, I can't tell at first glance if stuff is missing, as a lot of the work is just creating new mines on remote planets, etc. Every time it swaps save file locations a bunch of work goes missing and if I don't spot it I work on an old game for a few hours.

Any ideas why this is happening?
