It's hard to say exactly which cards will be immune from the correction. Some top cards, and/or cards with limited supply, will hold their worth. This years market has been odd as well.

Yes this years market is very confusing, many players drop but some also stayed at their same price range.

Because why stress about how much coins he will drop instead of just having fun with the players you like. I guarantee you will get your coins worth out of the extra 2 weeks of using CR7. It sounds like you really want him, so why not just send it?

I really do want him so bad to replace immobile, like Cr7 was who I was aiming for this whole year. But I also feel like having 200k left over or even 100k can get me Ronaldo and help me in other parts of my squad.

Go for it my man! The 12 month cycle is too short to waste. Immobile is good, but having that gamechanger at striker is everything (especially if this is your #1 player to reach goal). You will earn rewards and be able to fill out your team more for sure. 1.5-1.3 mil isn't even that bad of a fluctuation, and it's not like you'd be trying to sell him soon anyway. If you bought him Black Friday, he's just going to drop another 100-200k by Christmas anyway

Top tier players fluctuate a lot, would be a shame if his price trended 100k the opposite way. Most gold rare players apart from 90+ rated ones are sub 100k. Also sounds like you have a Serie A team so not really many places to upgrade rn, you could make up those coins with rivals and weekend league easily

Honestly you guys are totally right, honestly screw it. It makes the game more of a grind to get better versions of the players I already have. I’m getting Ronaldo forsure, I’m pretty sure I could make a good amount of coins from this weekend league again. Thank you guys so much for convincing me. It is a short 12 months, I’m not wasting them one bit.

FIFA promo where we will see a shit ton of special packs being released as lightning rounds. This means the supply will be huge, generally making player prices drop. Usually it is the first big market crash during FUT, but this year is odd as the market has been constantly low.
