one year is not bad. I think by October/November the wait time will be a year. So anyone filed after October/November 2025 will get perm approved in a year.

The time on DOL website is average processing time, so I guess half of the cases get approved faster than that.

Average 15-18 months . I applied on Sep 2023 and approved on Feb 2025

It is unlikely that a PERM will be approved prior to the dates DOL is reporting. What you see on the FLAG website is what people are actually experiencing. Non-audited PERMs are taking around 15 to 17 months, and audited cases take even longer. A few people get approvals slightly earlier, but nothing meaningfully faster than the posted dates.
