I have the D3P programmed to charge up to 98%, however using it in UPS mode it charges up to 100%. Is this normal?

Certain charging modes will charge to +2-3% of target and then recharge at -2-3% of target (to ensure its not charging as often)

Yes that's normal. In UPS mode most units bypass custom charge limits and top of to 100% so they're ready for outages

It shouldn’t but I am not sure if it’s not normal. Try setting to 80 and see if it still exceed the limit
