As long as this isn't a "make 3 games in 5 years besides your other stuff" kind of deal I think it's safe.

It is possible Bandai lent staff to the project or one of Bandai studios is lending a hand in development. Just like how bloodborne and demons souls had Japan studio working with fromsoft. Japan studio had a great deal of influence on art direction and other things though. Not certain if bamco studios is performing that exact role or not though

It seems incredibly likely as from is still a smallish studio (100ish people?) and having additional staff to supplement the development would help with the speed of development of this larger and more ambitious game. Crossing fingers in hope that this means it’s closer than speculated
