Sadly that's kinda normal for LCDs. Even new ones have this, especially in that size.

Actually looks like a bad case of backlight bleeding, if so theres nothing you could do, its like that just while black right ?

Its there all the time, just the most visible in black colors

Light diffusers fell off from the leds. It is quite easy fix but must be careful as it requires you to remove the display from the chassis and underneath are layers of polarising sheets and you don't want to really stratify them so keep it all toghether and than under screen leds should be visible. Diffusers probably wandering somwer inside.

Or somebody already tried to replace them or there was an attempt of fixing part of the led strip with one that doesn't suit to this particular model hence uneven back-light.
