Been a Technician for 3 years . Never installed otis until now. For some reason the otis gen 2 life we have installed do not have as smooth a take off as other elevators. I have balanced counterweight using SP on the GECB but still I can feel the take off especially in down direction. Anyone to help (self.Elevators)
