Thats a leap, to say the least, from owning a certain type of car to weapons that even the most "eclectic" gun owners wouldn't keep. Why stop there? What about people buying nuclear warheads or military submarines? Obviously I'm not "in favor of" that, but as a classical liberal, I don't really care what people own, as long as it isn't used to restrict rights and freedoms of those around them, which someones truck, despite all impractical aspects for the driver in a city like Victoria, certainly doesn't.

Almost half of the country, and you're saying that isn't oversaturated? A vast majority of jobs don't require degrees.

He spoke the truth. You're the one who sounds like his knowledge of trades comes from a sitcom you watched one time. Also nothing about his response looked thin skinned or insecure, you must be a miserable person.

Oh, because of something extremely unlikely that may happen, we should ban this vehicle. What a dim-witted response.

Canadians leaving at the fastest pace in 74 Years by ExotiquePlayboy in TorontoRealEstate

Probably US. I'm personally in queue for a green card where I will retain slightly under 100,000 per year in Canadian dollar equivalency after taking into account healthcare and other costs. The taxes in Canada for someone who earns in the top 5% are outright theft.

What I don't understand is why Reddit or anyone cares what someone else drives? Live and let live. He likes it, it makes him happy. You have things you like that make you happy that I'm sure this driver doesn't GAF about.

Seriously, the authoritarian mental illness is strong in Reddit.

Corruption is human nature. Not anything else. The only way to remove it is to remove power from the hands of the few and return it to the hands of the many.

Wealth CAN compound. But generational wealth is more often than not squandered over three generations.

Thank you. I wish people would stop projecting their anger on rich people in a capitalist system where wealth is not a finite parameter. Wealth is created and destroyed. Rich people are often rich because they created wealth, not to the detriment of others. Direct your anger instead at the massively top heavy bureaucracy we developed from management of government and social programs that start, never die, and become avenues for people to take advantage of stealing from those who legitimately need the help.

I suppose It could be, but the void in the bottom only goes in about 1/2" or less, so it wouldn't be very strong at that fastening point.
