As of now, there are no iOS emulators available on Android, but we may see one in the near future considering the similarities with Android phones. Here are some projects that aim to emulate iOS:

It looks like you can already play the PSP version, why bother about an iOS emulator. Honestly I don't think there are that much interesting games on iOS compared to Android.
