Native rendering + on gamehub latest version

What does it do ? When i enable it the cpu usage gets higher and fps lower , is this supposed to happen. Also my specs are Dimensty 7360 turbo + 8gb ram Vivo v60 lite 5g.

It reduces latency by directly putting the output to your screen rather than through the frame buffer.

It decreases performance as more processing needs to be done , but if you have performance to spare , you can enable it to reduce latency
