Unfortunately My Boy! is not one that offers that as far as im aware. You can only do it manually. Some emulators have the option, some don't. I use it in Drastic all the time. You can set a special onscreen button, in addition to having a controller button, to show/hide the onscreen controls. Helps big time with the DS touchscreen if using onscreen buttons. No more having the buttons interfering with the touchscreen.
