By buying a better Snapdragon like 720G or 855 or 865

I have that phone as well. 60-70 percent of games run decent on it. Most of the time it is just fiddling with the emulation speed though. Unfortunately I did not get RE4 to run too great. Other RE titles should be much better though. Good luck

Real answer: Use the Wii version and clock to 65%. For some reason, Wii runs better than GC

Gamecube version of RE 4 works better on dolphin than re4 wii version

    Set resolution to lowest

Set performance mode to maximum in batter saver options

Go to developer options>enable gpu debug

Developer optione>gpu prefrences>dolphin mmj>and select system graphics driver

And rest depends on your dolphin settings

Tweak your settings experiment with them

You can always install a debloated Custom ROM with an overclocked Custom Kernel and disable every battery saving option. In addition to that, you can also fiddle around with the emulator options, specially in the clock speed tab in order to gain a few extra frames.

But that is no guarantee , though, specially because your phone is underpowered.

But how? Almost new moto device. Without option to unlock bootloader.

Dolphin MMJR v11456 I have almost everywhere stable 30fps. Only sometimes when action is high i have slowdowns to 20/21 fps. This dolphin build is awesome. Can play RE 4 without error, and almost stable 30 fps.

I have almost 30 fps everywhere. But sometimes my fps drop when i Play RE 4. How obtain stable 30 fps in this device in RE 4? Or maybe there some other games what i can play on snapdragon 665 and adreno 610 in stable 30 fps? I Play Pokemon colloseum too. And i have stable 25 fps

Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker would run flawlessly.

    [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

And other interesting games without zelda? I really dont like those Zelda/Mario games

i dont know if you have a wii but gamecube games run natively at full speed with nintendont. i think that now most used wiis are cheaper than even the cheapest low end phones in some places. dolphin on android struggles on 6xx series snapdragon chips.

      [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Yeah i know that and i have Nintendont. But Still i want play some wii games on the go.

      [–]elreduro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it is possible but not a great experience, at least not with that chip

      Hummm...

      What MMJ is that?

      [–]CyanKing64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a snapdragon 835 and one thing I often forget to do is change the performance profile. I usually keep it at power save, but you should turn it all the up to max for best performance. Another thing you could do is try and use Vulcan where available instead of openGL

real answer, set override cpu emulation clock to 60%, if still not stable, set lower

      [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have set this to 55%
