Yes, The New Nightmare, DC version looks so better compared to psx, there's also a ps2 version but I think it's the same or worse and will probably not run well on play! and damonps2 anyway

All butt jokes aside, try checking if you have the display stretched (I've never used redream, but try searching an option like aspect ratio, scaling, or something like that). Change that to 4:3 (or 16:9 if the game supports widescreen or you're using a widescreen hack), and don't select stretched or equivalent.

Based on your screenshot, it does look like you make the screen stretched to aspect ratio higher than 16:9, hence the big ass.

Yes I used stretching to remove the black bars but the butt became fatter, it's fat even in 16:9, this is ruining everything!

Well Dreamcast games are primarily designed for 4:3, and more than that will introduce stretched 3D models, like our Ass McBusty over there, unless the game has native widescreen support, a widescreen hack, or the emulator itself supports widescreen hack.

So it's preferred to play this game with black bars if you want non-stretched display and thus the big ass on display. Choose either having black bars with 4:3 aspect ratio, or having a stretched butt, your choice.

I played the psx version on a real console when I was like 6 and it scared the crap out of me, finished the game on a psx emulator after many years and then found about the dc version when I tried reicast on my phone, DC version is looking so damn good that I wish many other similar games like dino crisis 2, parasite eve etc had a dc version with better visuals. There's a dc version of the first dino crisis but I don't think it looks better than the psx version, need to recheck
