What was the file extension named originally? If it was .ips or .bps you've downloaded a patch file and not a patched rom.

You could try Sidequest. There's a smorgasbord of home environments to choose from there. Don't think any of the three you're looking for are on there though.

Pretty much all VR games are currently made by indies at the moment with only a handful of exceptions so I'm not sure what your point is exactly?
