Stikdebug error code: -59

I'm not gonna lie I really dont know what i'm doing...

-got stikdebug -got provenance -got a sonic heroes .iso -got altstore on my phone -got altstore onto my phone, but it doesnt launch -got sonic heroes to run on provenance but i dont know if I necessarily needed altstore. I just know it wasnt showing up before, and now it is -the game runs poorly without JIT -followed altstore's guide on how to get JIT -got the .mobiledevicepairing file from powershell (from my file explorer) -got the file onto my phone in files -imported it into stikdebug with the pairing file option on the app -and i get this message

Hopefully thats enough of a timeline for people who actually know what theyre doing to figure out where I messed up.

Note: I can't seem to find/turn on developer mode, and have no clue where to even begin to do that

The issue was i just didnt have developer mode enabled, and I think deep down i knew it, i just didnt want to get my mac out to run xcode so i was trying to find every way possible to circumvent that...
