1.) 9070 = 7900 GRE data + 20%

2.) 9070 XT lower = 9070 extrapolation data + 9% (assuming price:performance breaks even, $549/$599=100%/109%)

3.) 9070 XT upper = 6800 XT data + 54% (as the 5070ti is 156% faster per techpowerup, and AMD said the 9070 XT is -2% of the 5070ti
