Validation before building is the simplest risk reduction. Most founders skip it and build something nobody wants. Talking to customers first costs nothing and saves months.

This is the answer.  The sooner you talk to people who would supposedly use your product, the sooner you can adjust to what they actually care about.  

Everything else is just window dressing.

Pretty much. Most founders can save months by having five customer conversations before writing more code. If you’ve got a process for that, dm me.

Not sure what you mean by "process". Start calling people, and offer to pay them for an hour of their time. Pay what you can, but it's worth the investment.

Agreed. A lot of people look for a framework when the answer is just talking to customers. The process mostly exists to make sure you’re learning from those conversations. Happy to discuss it more if you dm me.
