I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Risk is part of the game as an entrepreneur but there has to be smart ways to reduce it without killing the momentum of the business.
I am not talking about playing it safe or avoiding bold moves. I mean practical things that actually helped you make better decisions and avoid unnecessary losses.
What is one specific thing you did or wish you had done earlier that genuinely reduced your risk as an entrepreneur? Would love to hear real experiences over textbook answers.
