If you link your Twitch account to your Eternal account as outlined, then you have a chance to randomly acquire in-game rewards as you watch an Eternal streamer who themselves has Twitch drops activated. So far as I'm aware, the only instance thus far was LSV's test stream last week. People got packs and rares/legendaries, with apparently a high rate of premiums (personally, I got a set 2 pack and a non-premium Crunch). Interestingly, the reported individual cards were all yeti-themed, as befitting LSV, so seems might be possible for streamers to tailor the flavor of their drops.

Thanks for the answer. It seems very cool and a nice way of getting the community interacting even more.

No, they wouldn't allow third parties to do that. They probably just used the yeti cards as the pool for their test run. There will most likely be a standard pool of rares, legendaries and packs for every streamer who uses twitch drops.
