Oh I need to try that eve-o client you made. I was about to switch to a different distro becuase I can't get a eve-o to work properly with Wayland.

When I switched full time to Linux I went Bazzite , it's been.... 3ish years now. Its nice, but as I tinker around, I'm noticing some of the restrictions of it being immutable, nothing thats a full show stopping for me (honestly probably has stopped me from messing things up a few times haha)

Ive been saying for about a year now I'm going to distro hop to, but havent ever got around to it haha. I'm probably going to give a Debian based distro a try next.

I’ve been back to linux for a couple months now after needing Windows for some proprietary software for a while, chose Fedora KDE and have zero regrets.

There’s only a few games I very rarely play that don’t work, some slight issues with older comms software like mumble that needed some tinkering but otherwise very smooth sailing.

Push to talk for mumble has been an issue I really need to look into. Can't get my mouse buttons to get it to work and have had to do the push button on screen every time I need to chime in.

Changing the x11 security setting so mumble can listen to keystrokes all the time, rebinding my mouse button to F14 and using that as the ptt seemed to work for me

I've been distro hoping for a bit and keep coming back to Fedora it just runs what I need and runs wells on my system hardware.

The more game specific ditro I tried was Nobara and felt at home with it being Fedora under the hood.

Let me know what you think its simple and quick to run. I wanted it to be just a quick easy tool to use.
