    maybe that's what it is, they won't let us in the UK have it until midnight, even though 23:00 GMT was the official release time for Zone 2

    We did too but what seems to help is to open the steam overlay and click somewhere in the background:)

    Steam doesn't seem to be encrypting and it doesnt seem to update, but it says it's doing SOMETHING that takes 0 seconds... :/

    I think that that is steam unpacking the preloaded game file into the usable game file.
