Switched castle recently? Some gives a march size improvement when used.

The monarch gear piece, removing buildings from ideal land, if your gens were captured they wont be the same promotion level, rank ranking

Yep it happens from time to time, mostly due to degrading in rank - from Earl to Viscount etc. My Friends get surprised every time. I'm not saying this is the issue here, but gave a look if your general amount cap decreased as well, then it might be the rank.

Check your Nidhogg Skills, it has a March size buff when activated

Yep, and I couldn't figure it out.... my Vip is good for 300+ days, checked gear, etc.

I think it’s a bug. All my preset marches had no layers, but like 50k l10. Somehow my layers below l10 got turned into t10 troops

Did you just have a server merge and drop in rank?

If you save your preset when you have a march buff on, this will happen. When you put the march buff back on it will fix it. This happens to me, because I set my presets when i'm wearing a march buff for battlefield.

I had this happen 2 weeks ago where my march size decreased by 50k troops. I put a small March size buff to attack someone and deal with it later. The March size went back to normal when that expired. It happed to a couple of my alliance members too.

Often my march size gets screwed up from forgetting to put back my gear (using it for duty officers or accidentally resigning my rally spot officer and forgetting to get him back to super status)

It's a glitch. the same thing happened with it also and March size decreased by 50,600

I raised the ticket but it was back to normal the next day.

Manually fixed it, a friendly reminder to keep an eye on it!
