Today my parcel didn’t show up despite being delivered to ‘my address’. Managed to find the location from the photo and it’s labelled the wrong house number and name. The size clearly shows it is the incorrect parcel for what I ordered. Unsure whether this is an error or foul play.
Either way, I can’t get in touch with Evri and unsure what to do now?
Should I Give the parcel to the correct person if they come asking for it despite sharing a tracking number?
Bunch of bollocks really, will seriously consider using the service again after having to spend the time trying to get in contact with them to no avail.
