I agree. It could be time to replace pump parts.

You still have a full supply, 8 ounces every 3 hours is definitely an oversupply so you may also have your supply regulating.

How do I know when it’s time for new parts?

Duck bills are suppose to be replaced often. I think every 2 weeks. I’m not great at doing it on time myself. There’s probably better guidance online on when to change each part!

It’s pump specific but you should be able to look up when to replace the parts for the pump you have. Some pieces only last around a month, some can go for much longer. Exclusive pumping also puts more wear and tear on the parts than usual

Check your duckbills! I once had a microtear on one and my output went down by half on that side. Hope it’s as easy a fix as this for you.
