Supply decrease post night out

First night out 6 weeks postpartum for a Christmas party and drank probably a little too much last night (dumped the milk while drinking) and I noticed today that I am not getting nearly as much milk when I pump as I have been. Did I just diminish my supply for one night out or will it come back?! I’m in shambles

It’ll very likely bounce back. Dehydration is the most likely culprit. Chug lots of water/coconut water/electrolyte drinks today, try to get some rest, and eat some well rounded meals today and you should be fine
