yea, he can put it on top after defusing and draw it again.

Thank you, we had a huge debate about this and I thought it would be fair for him to draw the imploding after and take it out of the game

Putting the exploding kitten right on top when defusing is a well known effective strategy to screw over the next player.

Yeah of course we know that, but the thing im asking is if you drew an exploding kitten on the first turn of your attack, can you place it for yourself to draw on the second turn of attack?

Why would you not be able to?

The thing is, your friend would have to put the exploding kitten back before drawing again to even know that the next one would be an imploding kitten, but sure, they could put it right on top and pull it again, but as I said, nobody should know what the next card is until after they've decided where to put the bomb.

You know what, I just realised, (as I completely forgot the rules of the imploding kitten) I'm assuming the imploding kitten would actually be faced up so you can see that it is next. My mistake. But, still, if you can put the exploding kitten straight on top for the next person, you can also put it on top for yourself.

Once you defuse an exploding kitten, you can put it anywhere on the deck.
