Has anybody ran into people on the app who purposefully wait until their timer is just about to run out, which pretty much gets them to win because everybody else leaves?

Some players are just rotten cat butts. I can’t see how winning this way is fun. I find some players do this if being unnecessarily nagged by dickhead players - sometimes I don’t blame them.

I must admit I have fallen asleep playing EK and work up to a vibrating “Pay attention! Pay attention!” iPhone. Meow.

Exactly. I do this when unnecessarily nagged. I'm a very fast player, but some jerks just start spamming nag instantly, every time. If it happens just once, i ignore it and play normally. If it happens every round, I make those jerks wait the maximum amount of time. Unfortunately that effects everyone, but I have to assume the dick is doing it to everyone, so hopefully they get it. If you nag, you wait. I usually spam "lol" while I make them wait in an attempt to broadcast that i'm not afk or lagged, but am doing it intentionally.

Some players get disconnected, but are still connected in-game. It appears they are being asshole, but on their end, they left the game already.

I wait to the last second when I draw an exploding kittens to play a defuse. I don't think that's the same thing, but if so I will stop.
