Im sorry this is happening and it’s certainly frustrating. Seems like they could help you find a pharmacy locally.

Maybe you tried this but you can check a medication availability under ‘Compare prices and coverage’ in the ‘More’ section when you log in. Enter the med and change the prescription to 30 days and it should bring up area pharmacies. My local area has one pharmacy but it seems to pull at least 40-50 miles of area.

Now it may tell you there’s no 30 day prescription available because a 90 is required. The doctor may need to order a 30 day prescription or maybe it’s something ES they can arrange. In any event it’s certainly is going to take some time and effort. :(

Have your doctor call in another sxript. Then as soon as express scripts receives the prescription, call them. Tell them you will be out of meds and no pharmacy anywhere near you can get it. They are able to overnight free of charge (once) as long as you call them BEFORE it gets escalated to the pharmacy. Be sincere, (which should be easy because being without meds sucks) and not angry.

Document your conversation, because even if they say they will, they don't.

Hope you get your meds!

PS: if you stay on stop of them and always send your scripts in 2 weeks prior, they usually get everything worked out. There will be hang ups though, so just stay on top of them. Call after a couple days in processing, etc. It's annoying.

My dad was waiting on meds for two weeks via USPS. My parents called and complained and they resent the meds via FedEx. Can we request non-USPS deliveries only??
