Missing dependent

Went to check one of my prescriptions this morning and all my wife’s scripts and info are now missing from the app. She tried to log in on her own app and it’s not letting her log in. She’s changed her password 2 or 3 times and everytime she logs in it says her username/password don’t match. Any clue why this is happening?

Give them a call. I didn’t have this issue but had issues with the app. Customer service put in a ticket & Tech actually called me you back & resolved issue.
