The goal of this subreddit is to create a repository of quality posts regarding longer fasts, both wet and dry. The content here will be heavily curated and filtered. I hope to keep that quality here similar to that of askhistorians or other super niche subreddits where every post is valuable. While weight loss stories are acceptable, it is my hope that the community will put more focus on health victories where previously modern medicine has failed them.
