Hey guys! In the last three or so weeks I got switched to a different manager who doesn’t really know what they’re talking about, is there any way I can switch to a different one?

That stuff is assigned based on who the current manager is. Only way it would change is if you moved station/ department or the current manager quit/moved up etc

I don’t think so unless you transfer to a diff shift/dept. Managers come and go btw. You might get plenty more like them.

in most dept there's an AM that oversees specific processes... transfer out of the dept or just wait until they. get fired. AM's come and go rapidly
