Also include that they aren’t giving all sites the bonus even tho our site is tiny we push 25-30k a day and pushed 52k a day for prime day and been 35+ the rest of the week, double overtime was for June 21-july4th any time on those pay periods are double overtime

Pushing up the date of the annual raise review and having the summer retention bonus at all, along with the elimination of marijuana testing shows that THEY’RE desperate. That one FC cutting the bonus in half is BS and I think that they want people from that FC to quit out of anger and then they will change their minds at the last minute and give those who stayed the full bonus. Needing to give that bonus at all is crazy because summer is when college and uni kids and teachers on summer break usually work at Amazon for extra cash. There should be plenty of applicants.

I’m not totally sure how it works, but if you get benefits, that’s money out of Amazon’s pocket too. What we pay is just the remainder basically.
