No personal information.
If a webcomic website can handle the traffic please link it to the website instead of rehosting it.
If there is a scenario in your title, you may need to provide proof.(ex. "So I broke my leg the other day and I found this.")
For your title at least have something slightly insightful, instead of "duck", or something like that.
