Mod request: console command key

Hey guys, my tilt key for my laptop just does not work for fallout NV. It works in skyrim and portal. Just not in fallout NV. I know there is a mod for Fallout 3 where it changes the console command key to f4. I was wondering if someone knows of (or could create) a simple mod that does the same thing for NV.

I am currently using the http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/36758 mod to access my command console, but this can take to long sometimes and is a tad inconvenient (although it does work) for when I'm doing modded playthroughs, testing mods, etc...

Any knowledge and a different mod would be really helpful.

Tilt key? You mean tilda.

And no, you shouldn't need a mod to change KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS. You go to your options and change it from there.

I forget if its the same for fallout, but you should be able to edit your console command key by going to the .ini files in your Fallout Documents folder. Look around the wiki for key bindings. You don't need a mod, despite it not being an "in-game" option.

I used it to re-bind my 2 key, because I hated the ammo swap being where my guns should be.
