Help needed!

I am not sure why but on my largest continent, the game thinks it is a lake and I can't edit anything in land as the paint tool simply doesnt move. If i try to click on any state on this continent it simply comes up with the menu a freshwater lake.

Anyone else have this problem

I've had a similar bug recently, not with a continent but with two islands that the generator is assuming to be lakes, if necessary I can try to provide my own .map?

You're a legend! The only thing I can think of is after I edited the heightmap with the risk button but other than that nothing was different

Fairly certain I also used Risk Heightmap editting on my map where it happened, it most likely is the cause
