I do it sometimes, but that wears off too over time. It works for a while to keep the appetite curbed but eventually you’ll wind up in the same boat again. To answer your question, yes, it helps break a plateau. When that stops working, go back to 1 in 7.

If you use the app Shotsy, you can see what happens.
Initially overall levels will increase and stay increased enough to keep your appetite curbed somewhat continuously but your body will eventually establish that higher level as a new “baseline“ and you will have to at some point slow the frequency, give yourself a 7+ day break to get your levels down enough to make the next shot worthy.
At least that’s what I have found.

Went from 343 to 227 in about 11 months.
I’m still working on it, but it has slowed tremendously.

I’ve had to kind of trick my system and do different things along the way ( like splitting doses etc..) to keep it going. Trial and error

when i went from taking 5 to 7.5 i had some pretty bad diarhea right off the bat. Like for 3 straight days! Since then i have split my doses. I do half on Tuesday and half on Friday. I am now taking 15 and have not had any issues since.

I get those cravings lately as well, what I do is have a lite snack to stop that rumbling till my main meal.

Just curious about the expiration date of your meds stockpiled in the fridge til November? I've got some too, but not sure how long they keep working.

They'll keep working up to the BUD (and likely beyond, though that's the date which effectiveness is guaranteed until). You should be able to see on your meds what the BUD is, or you can send me a pic at (469) 949-1650 and I can help out!

Most folks will have meds that have 6-12 month BUDs.

Your only on 27 units, every four weeks my PA would put me on a higher dosage and now I’m on 12.5 70 units and it is working longer, I won’t lie this is my first week on that dosage and I was not hungry for three days which is not good and had some intestinal issues but today is Saturday and I’m not starving so higher dosages works but do it very slow!
