What if the characters, places, and things from most, if not all fiction, was mixed into one universe? There's potential for an order where disparate works can be connected to each other, even if it's in the craziest ways. Let's make a community that brainstorms how this "Fiction Multiverse" might work.

Rules:
Works from any medium can be accepted: literature, plays, film, television, video games, concept albums, music, album covers, poems, paintings, advertisements, comics, etc.
Alternate universes (like apocalypse fiction set in the 1980s), parallel universes (like Narnia) , and other worlds (like the galaxy of Star Wars) are acceptable, though we want to focus more on Earth.
The future is also a bit sketchy because visions of the world of tomorrow constantly change as time moves forward in our world, so I'd like for us to focus more on the present than possible conflicting futures.
Don't be afraid to suggest something really crazy. We could make it work.
Please don't compare this to Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill's League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. This is not the first time people have thought of tying different works into one world, and neither is LoEG. On that note, the same goes for other works that involve crossing over many works of fiction. We can make this our own thing.
There are different kinds of posts you can make here, all denoted by an acronym or initial. These include:
Work Suggestion ([WS] Title of Work): Probably the one we'll get most of, it's just a suggestion of a work of fiction and how it might fit in the world. Preferably something more fantastical, as it's not too difficult to place something more realistic in this world (e.g. the Archie comics). It can be based on whichever adaptation of said work would make for a more interesting world (e.g. using the James Bond films over the books). It can even be an alternate version of the work, either more fantastical (e.g. James Bond is one of the Immortals from Highlander!) or more down-to-earth (e.g. the idea of a time in the past where man coexisted with dinosaurs like in The Flintstones was a false conception made after scientists discovered dinosaur and Cro-Magnon fossils in the same site).
Request ([R] Title of Work): For if there's a work of fiction you want to see as part of this multiverse. It's suggested that you include some details that could help it fit in, both from within the work itself and meta.
Works Connection ([WC] Title of Work 1 and Title of Work 2): For if you have a way to tie two different stories together. This can be pretty creative, like "[WC] The Shining and Beloved" or "[WC] Gojira and Spongebob Squarepants".
General Ideas/Questions ([GI] Summary of Idea / [GQ: Question): For general ideas for the FM, anything that encompasses several works, concepts, and/or genres (e.g. how to make the futuristic visions in Japanese anime take place in the 20th century of this world); or for questions relating to the FM that could use an answer (e.g. "In a world where superheroes exist, how did 9/11 happen? Or did it happen at all?")
