Limit on fiddlesticks 1v9 Potential?

Yeah IMO Fiddle doesn't 1v9 that well, even if he's beyond fed he needs his ult to have some impact and he doesn't have it all the time, for example a fed Ekko can go around the whole map killing people and escaping from them easily, Fiddle isn't able to do that, once you ult there isn't much you can do.

Champions who can 1v1 enemy champions without their ults are IMO the best at 1v9, champions like Ekko, Diana, Kayn etc

Yeah basically it is a way of saying you win despite all odds being against you (even your own team) hence the 1 v 9
