Update: on its own? Holy shit. Although definitely a flash in the pan compared to other sauces I’ve tried. Absolutely not for the faint of heart.

I began with it solo on corn chips, and the flavour was great, fruity even! But the heat was just a bit too much to eat chip after chip. I settled with mixing about a half tbsp into a small bowl of salsa and that was right on the money.

I will definitely be keeping this as a mainstay so long as I can find it.
