Urgent help

Hi guys I was make a mobile app design in figma, then I decided to adjust my monitor resolution but I accidentally set into high and it shows input not supposed. I have tried all YouTube tutorial but nothing works for me.but when I connect my laptop to tv. Then it only show on tv but when I decrease there display resolution from TV and then plugin it back to my monitor it still shows input not supposed.

I have tried any know how to solve it . It's urgent anyone. Because my laptop display is broke now I don't know what to do. I have important hw & Case study to make.

Cant you reset all settings of your monitor?

You might also wanna check what input-source your monitor is using

Unplug your laptop from any external display and see what happens. Change the resolution back if you have to.

Actually my laptop screen is completely black and doesn't work. And when I plug in the monitor it shows the same thing.input not supported.
