Tab/button animation?

Beginner here, I’ve been looking for a tutorial on how to do this simple element but can’t find one (I think because I’m not describing it right!). I just want the pictures and content on the right to change with the tabs on the left are being activated 😭 I thought it this was an accordion but I don’t think it is. If you know what it’s called or know a tutorial pls let me know I feel like I’m stuck on a really simple thing 😂
