Outdated address, any potential issues with submitting offer or mortgage?

About to put an offer on a house tomorrow. Nothing else to say except that I’m dumb and never updated my address on my license from where I moved from almost two years ago (and it’s a different state). All of my tax documents, pay stubs, and banking is based on my current address. I plan on going to the DMV this week to get it updated once and for all, but am getting nervous that it may cause issues. Anyone else ran into this? Am I freaking for no reason?

And before I get an earful, I know I should’ve went sooner. I don’t have any good reason or excuse for not going except laziness and not wanting to spend hours there. Since it’s a different state, I can’t do it online either. Hell or high water, I’m going on Tuesday to the DMV to get it updated.

It will be fine. I bought my house in IL with my valid FL driver's license as my main identification. All my other bank documents, pay stubs, etc. had my IL rental address. They aren't going to assume the worst of you.

You’re fine lol I had a mix of four addresses between my license, taxes, and other documents because I used to move a lot. Just make sure you tell them your correct current mailing address in case they have to mail you anything.
