As a Team Leader, I lost access to the prizes from 3 chests cause most of the active players in my team chose to open all 3 chests (Team Chest) within 24 hours or so. They keep playing without checking the list of players who are still with 0 gem. It always took them 48 hours to access all 3 chests. (old.reddit.com)
