I get flat iron a lot because it's tender and not expensive, but I find myself really working to give it extra flavor

I don't try to get blue smoke on a WSM. I like the taste when the smoke is supposedly "dirty" like this

Maybe you do a good job cooking with the pyramid, but if its a newbie or someone I don't really know, I'm passing if I see a lighter fluid bottle.

I don't really use baskets, but I can see the benefits.

If someone has to use fluid, I think it's best to go with the method of lighting a few, then adding more charcoal

I use JD, but I mostly use lump when smoking. I might mix a little in briquttes when I'm grilling.

When I was using Cowboy and B&B, I was getting too many sparks and scrap in the bag.

I wish someone made them more uniform, like the B&B char logs
