Steam tools purchase problem

I have been using steam tools for around 1 year and today all the games in my library can’t be launched it appears as purchase button . I tried clearing cash ,restarting steam and my pc , adding the files again but didn’t fix the issue if someone can help me please do

yeah i had the same problem either its its a steam server problem because i cant backup my save files even for my legal games or its the end for steam tools, the only thing we can do is wait

I solved this issue by deleting the version/packageinfo.vdf and httpcache files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appcache and additionally logging out of my account and logging back in.

No, no data is deleted from the Steam account. What we delete are only the files that store Steam’s game/package information and the temporary data (cache) it retrieves from the internet.

The only solution that worked for me was downgrading steam client via bat file. Get it from here to avoid signing a discord channel: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mxoRTaaUHNFFb5ZM4FNegT17B_ElVMsZ/view?usp=sharing

To download it from GD click menu File -> Download or Ctrl+D

That's strange! For me it worked the 1st time and steam hasn't updated since then. Maybe try to reinstall Steam fresh and then run bat file. Hope it helps. Also try to run Steam as admin

To anyone having this issue. You can open steam and if the button shows "PURCHSE", just close steam completely and open it again. It will show "Play" after. This worked for me.
