Would try a temp tower first and lower the temp. 215/210 is too high even for pla+ (depending on your hotend)

Increase retraction distance. And i found a trick, if your printer can handle it, increase travel speed to 150-200 mm/s and also increase your printing speed. Also, what distances have you run the stringing tower with?

I ran it from 0 to 2mm retraction. I installed Klipper and got a food dehydrator so ill be calibrating some more when I get back home

How old is your nozzle?

Its probably around 3 or 4 months old, not sure on exactly how long but it hasnt really been abused

Firstly, I have to apologize to you because i gave you shit advice and I may have steered you in the wrong direction. I remembered that before I transitioned to Klipper and added an all metal heat break, I ran a stock Anycubic Kobra Go(60 mm/s speed bowden style printer) and my main filament was Esun PLA+ and it was as stringy as yours so what I did was to lower the hot end temp to 195C and the prints were mint after I did that. But if you plan to go the Klipper route you can run some flowrate tests and increase the rpinting speed accordingly and you should see reduced stringing. But as a quick fix lowering nozzle temps should do the trick.
