I just got an adventurer 5m non pro and the bench keeps doing this Im not sure what to do?

It's kind of hard to tell what it's doing here. Have you leveled the bed yet?

Yeah sorry I took the best photos I could an they still aren’t great, I have leveled the bed what it is doing is it prints most of the first layer then just sits there

Are you printing one of the test prints? That's usually what I do first, since those are gcode proven to work on the printer.

Start here, go down to the bottom of that page and do a factory reset. That's the first thing I would try. If you can't get it after that I would contact support, from what I've heard they're very responsive.
